To Whom We Trust:
The Reliability (or
Unreliability) of the News Media
News is arguable one of the most
important aspects of modern society. News is the most important way the spread
the word of events that have come or are about to happen; the most important
way to learn what is going on locally, nationally and internationally. Although
in these modern times, we have questioned the news media in both print and
television. Americans are not getting the most reliable information from the
news media. This is due to the inaccuracies presented by the news media,
the media’s use of sensationalism and the news media’s use of personal bias.
